Always friendly, willing, helpful and curtious. The best 'go to' IT person I know.
So popular he doesn't even have time for a shave!

1/9/23 Since I posted the above a long time ago, (and don't seem to have the option to post a second review) - Andre has outperformed, in his generous way. The latest iteration has been to help me out when I left my laptop charger (and my wife's(!!)) at our holiday location.
Thanks, again, Mr A!

André just upgraded my Dell XPS to Windows 11. Everything works.

Andre was super helpful and quick with my laptop battery replacement, and very reasonably priced too. Thank you!

Went to modbits with a broken laptop and easily the best experience Ive ever had at a repair shop, and I’ve been round a fair few in Bath with broken tech. Amazing customer service providing clear, honest explanations of the issue, and you get the feeling that he genuinely wants to help you. Fair price as well. Thankyou so much

Could not have had a better experience than I had with fixing my PC at Modbits, Andre was very helpful and accomodating, taking the time to explore different options and fixs for the PC, holding onto it on my behalf as I was slowly bringing in new parts. So nice to be able to enter a store and talk to the person that will be working on your PC and knowing it's someone that's very capable. He even bought parts of the PC that I wouldn't use anymore off of me, genuinely could not recommend this place more to anyone in need of help with their laptops or PCs.

Very helpful, informative, friendly, and efficient. Andre managed to fix my laptop issues within the same day and also helped me address certain troubles I previously had with my laptop in general. All in all, amazing service. Would definitely come again.

Andre is great to chat to and is an extremely knowledgeable guy. I took my graphics card in as I wanted to check if it had died or if it was repairable. He took the time to properly test my graphics card and did not charge me for the assessment as it was deemed unrepairable compared to buying a new one. I'm extremely grateful for the generosity, especially as a PhD student in Bath. It was nice to be able to visit a shop in-person and have everything explained clearly. I would recommend anyone who has any tech repairs to go visit modbits :)

I was in Bath on a weekend break wanting to find somewhere I could get some support for a home networking challenge. Andre at Modbits was a great find. He had exactly what I needed as well as loads of helpful information and advice. I wish I had an Andre where I live.
